Acoustic
These Acoustic Hoods and matching stands provide a great solution to suppress noise created by matrix printers or other loud office machines. By using acoustical foam in the inside of the hoods, high pitch noise is cancelled. Our acoustic hoods have a built-in low-noise fan, a 220 Volt power outlet to which the printer can be connected and many other useful features.
PRX Acoustic Hood
This acoustic hood reduces the noise caused by printers (matrix or impact) below 43 dB(A) as specified by the European Directive. Provided with patented adjustable slots in the back for a jam free paper output flow and two safety gas struts to keep the opened lid in balance. The internal fan will ensure your printer is adequately cooled.

Universal printer cabinet, suitable for most impact printers. The height of the printer shelf can be adjusted to a maximum of 250mm Twin doors at the front for easy access to the built-in paper management system.
HPX Acoustic Printer Cabinet 130
The answer for a ‘high-speed’ printer (> 400 cps). Offers easy access to front and rear, since both the acrylic lid and the entire hood can be opened on gas struts. Provided with an opening in the lid for the removal of individual sheets of paper. Low-noise fan with central switch on the exterior of the hood. Lined with acoustic foam. TÜV/GS and CE certification.
