ViewLite monitor arm receives Dutch GIO 2011 award
The Dataflex ViewLite monitor arms have received the Dutch, Good Industrial Design (GIO) award. These brand new flat screen arms by Dataflex were tested on design, originality, functionality and ergonomics.
Since 1986, these GIO awards have been handed out to company’s that helped push Dutch design forward. The awards for Good Industrial Design, Holland’s only hallmark for design craftsmanship, were again held in Eindhoven. The famous Dutch Design Week will host this years award ceremony and exhibition.
With the GIO award, Dataflex shows that it can have great results with her small but flexible R&D team. Not a single external designing agency was hired for the design and development process of the ViewLite. Completely designed from scratch, by our in-house product designer Tijs Horn, who developed the ViewLite, together with our 28 years of company experience.
