Each year our company sends out a Dataflex Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). The survey is a very important tool that helps us measure our performance and get a better insight into our strengths and weaknesses. Below are a few of the highlights of our survey’s results.

9.4 out of 10 for our service

Almost all our customers agree that ‘the people that work at Dataflex are friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with’.

9.0 out of 10 for our products

Most of our resellers will tell you that our products ‘are of high quality, easy to install, offer good value for money and come with excellent documentation’.

9.3 out of 10 for our ordering process

‘It’s easy to place an order at Dataflex and it’s confirmed in a timely manner’. Order confirmations are received within hours and we ship out our products the same day!

9.2 out of 10 for our shipments

99.6% of all shipments from Dataflex arrive as scheduled, hence our high score. Our customers also agree that ‘our products are conveniently packaged’ – we rarely get returns!

Would you recommend us?

‘How likely are you to recommend Dataflex to someone you know’ averaged an 8.8 on a scale from 1 to 10: results we’re quite happy with!

Improvements

This year we had more respondents than ever before but we also saw improved results. Many of our customers feel a high level of involvement with our business and really made an effort to share their tips and ideas with us through some of the open-ended questions. We are determined to implement as many of these ideas as we can!

About

The annual survey asked 28 scaled questions with an option to comment and 5 open-ended questions. Customers could indicate how much they agreed or disagreed with our statements on a 1-7 or 1-10-point scale.
