The Sustainability Report 2020 is online now!

2020 pushed the ‘Flex’ in Dataflex to new limits. The Covid-19 pandemic required us to react fast to challenging situations. It asked us to take quick decisions in order to keep acting in the best interest of all our stakeholders. The insights we got from the last year, will shape how we will work in the future.

In this report we are not just sharing our 2020 highlights, sustainability goals and progress, we also hope to inspire other company to take action.

Some of our highlights include:

• Introduction of the most environmentally friendly cable guide.
• Staying climate neutral.
• Switch of production methods and creation our first, in itself, climate neutral product.
• Working on our new, even more sustainable packaging.

Some of our goals include:

• Looking into ways of further decreasing the impact of our products by choosing even more sustainable production methods and increasing the percentage of recycled material.
• Introducing 360-degree feedback for employees.
• Setting new targets for local purchasing.
• Launching a circular working from home pack (3 products) in 2022.
