Hybrid working requires flexibility not only in terms of models, but also in the design of the spaces themselves.
At the VOSS Group in Admannshagen near Rostock, several questions arose: how can you create working environments that provide orientation, promote collaboration and at the same time meet the needs of hybrid teams? And how can sustainability be made tangible in the space?
Three aspects became important in the project:
- Making identity visible: spaces that convey the company's values and culture through design, colours and zoning.
- Hybrid first: because many employees work remotely or in a hybrid manner, the concept had to offer more than traditional fixed workstations.
- Flexible and sustainable: clearly structured areas for focus, collaboration and informal exchange ensure long-term usability and adaptation to changing requirements.
Sedus as part of the solution
Together with its specialist retail partner BSR – Bruhn & Schlie Büroeinrichtungen, Sedus has implemented an integrated workspace concept that combines functional requirements with identity and flexibility, covering a total of around 1,200 m² in two buildings for approximately 49 employees.
The result: a working environment that deliberately draws employees into the office, because it offers orientation, interaction and a clear spatial structure.
Ergonomic addition: Viewprime monitor arms
In hybrid working environments, individual workplace ergonomics play a decisive role alongside room structure and furniture. This is where Dataflex's Viewprime monitor arms make an important contribution.
