We stand behind our products and therefore offer warranties throughout our entire product portfolio. In order to keep our customers happy and the value of our products as high as possible, we offer a series of services to ensure that we further increase the lifespan of our products.

If you aren’t completely satisfied anymore or if a part went missing over the years, we are happy to help. If, despite the long lifespan of our products, you wish to dispose of them, we are happy to offer you sustainable solutions as well.

Spare parts

Maybe you have changed your desk and the mount doesn’t fit anymore? Or some parts got lost over the years? For many products we have spare parts that we can provide so your product is in perfect condition again.

Wish to upgrade your monitor arm?

Did you start with a single monitor, but expanded your workspace since then and now wish to upgrade to a second screen? We will look into options to extend your current setup to make sure that will once again suit your needs perfectly.

Dataflex Circularity Program

If you don’t need or want our products anymore, we can gladly take them back via our Circularity Program. In order to decrease the impact that our products have on the environment and in order to minimize the amount of waste, we are taking our products back to take care of the refurbishment or the correct recycling of the materials. Wherever possible we refurbish our products so they can be used again for a second/third life. When materials are too damaged we take care of proper recycling.

Recycling

If you wish to dispose old products you can contact your local recycling companies. In order to not let valuable materials go to waste, it is important to recycle materials properly. We use high quality materials in our products such as aluminium and steel which are easy to recycle and can be reused again for future production.
