We’ve extended our product warranty,
in most cases to 15 years!

As part of our ongoing efforts to make doing business with Dataflex as easy as possible, we’re extending our warranty period across the board, for most product ranges to 15 years. And it’s free.

The Viewmaster, Viewlite, Viewprime and Viewmate product ranges previously had a 5-year warranty. This will be extended to 15 years. The Viewgo and Addit ranges will now have a 5-year warranty (previously this varied per product between 2 and 5 years). The Viewlite Link USB-C docking station will have a 2-year warranty*.

All other conditions in your warranty remain unchanged. Simply fill in the form below and your warranty will be automatically extended. If you don’t complete the form, your warranty period will remain unchanged.

To be honest, this is a commitment we’re pretty relaxed about making. After all, Dataflex products stand the test of time. In fact, only 0.0003% have ever been returned! So this extended warranty just underlines our confidence in the consistent quality of what we do.
