Job description

As Sales & Support Assistant you are the right hand of the Sales Manager: together you manage an existing customer portfolio and you help with the acquisition of new customers. You are an important link in the sales team and the first point of contact for customers. You not only work closely with the Sales Manager and your Sales & Support colleagues, but also with other teams such as our marketing team and product development.
In your role, you know exactly what is going on with your customers and you like to build on your relationship. In addition, you ensure that orders are processed. You have knowledge of our products (or will learn about them) and give customers appropriate advice when they are looking for a particular product solution.


What a day of yours looks like?

  • The day starts with a joint Sales & Support stand-up
  • You will process the incoming orders in our Exact Globe system before 12.00h
  • Meanwhile you will answer customer questions by phone, email or chat
  • During the break you can join a table tennis tournament or a game of table football
  • Then the workday continues with answering customer questions
  • Support and collaborate with field sales and sales managers
  • Support and collaborate with the Sales & Support team
  • Support and collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Support or Product development

You can do this already:

  • 1-3 years of relevant commercial work experience
  • Preferably completed MBO education in a commercial direction
  • You have a good command of the Dutch & English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Command of the French language in word and writing is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience with Exact Globe is a plus
  • Outlook, Excel and Word (Office 365) are familiar programs for you
